Inspired by the elusive Nightjar, a symbol of quiet, nocturnal grace, our gin embodies the mastery of fine distillation. Meticulously chosen botanicals — vibrant orange peel, warming ginger, and the subtly numbing Szechuan peppercorn — combine to create a gin as mysterious and captivating as the Nightjar itself.

Born from the open road and shaped by the spirit of live music, Nightjar Gin was created by its founders whose passion for incredible melodies and exceptional spirits led them across the globe. After years of touring in the music industry and drawing inspiration from the rich cultures and landscapes they encountered, they've now made their base in Stockbridge, where the journey continues.

British grain spirit is vapour-distilled with our carefully crafted botanical recipe, all from our home in Stockbridge, Hampshire. As true small-batch distillers, we create our spice-forward gin on a 30L still, making the cut when the flavours are at their peak.
